Roll Forming & Welding Processes

Both processes are versatile when it comes to different materials.

• Roll Forming: a precision cold rolled strip is fed through a series of contoured roll stands and progressively formed into the desired tubular shape.
• Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), or tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding: the process is slow but when done right it produces the highest quality weld.
